Hello,
I have a table 2x2 and I am using the proc freq procedure

proc freq data=datos;
tables a*b / RELRISK;
run;

to get the odds ratio but when I ask about a table 2x3 I don't get any information about odds ratio. Can you help me?

Thanks
Dani.

Hi.
I do not think you can yield odds ratio from 2*3 table,it is only suited for 2*2 tables.
From the definition of odds ratio ,you can get the answer. But you can use cmh option to
see whether the odds ration is the statistical significant for every 2*2 table.Or you can split it into three table 2*2.
