I have longitudinal data. For each subject, I have two variables that I want to calculate their correlation. However, I want to account for the inter-subject difference. For example, if a subject has 8 observations and another one has only 2 observations. It is not fair to compare both correlation coefficients without taking into account the observations number. Is it a way to account for this inter-subject variability.
Thank you for you help!
