Making Comparisons Using ESTIMATE statement in PROC GLIMMIX

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I am using PROC GLIMMIX to estimate sensitivity and specificity  for two different tests (new and old). I am using the ESTIMATE statment to give me estimates of sensitivity and specifity (old test= postive vs. gold standard=positive, etc.). I'm interesting in comparing the sensitivity and specificity between new and old tests to get a difference with 95% CIs. Is there a way to do this using the ESTIMATE statement? Essentially I want to compare the first two estimate lines with each other and the last two estimate lines with each other. Below is my syntax for the model. Any help is much appreciated!

proc glimmix data=matt;
class subject  test review;
model test(desc)=old new  gold gold*old/s dist=binary  noint;
random subject review;
estimate 'sensitivity old' old 1  gold  1/ilink cl;
estimate 'sensitivity new' new 1  gold  1/ilink cl;
estimate '1-specificity old' old 1  gold  0/ilink cl;
estimate '1-specificity new' new 1 gold 0/ilink cl;
run;
