Lsmeans and effectplot result

Dear all. Wish you all well.

Can I please ask what is the relationship between the lsmeans result and the effectplot?

The effectplot is the graphical visualization of the predicted fit so I thought the lsmeans result would fall within the confidence interval of that produced by effectplot.
