I´d like to know how to get the parameter estimates for the latent trait (theta) using PROC IRT. The output automatically displays the models´ parameters, slope and difficulty/threshould, but doesn´t display the latent trait parameter, which is the most interest when setting one IRT model.

You essentially want to score the data set. You can use the OUT= option to output the original data set plus the factor scores.
