Hi,
I calculated the Kappa coefficient using the following command:
proc freq data = gabarit_final;
tables manager_A_initial_decision * manager_B_initial_decision /norow nocol nopercent agree;
test kappa wtkap;
by reference_number metho;
run;
Could someone guide me on how to save the coefficient in a new dataset?
Thank you in advance,
Shawn
Actually, you need to add this in your PROC FREQ step:
ods output kappa=mykappas;
If you just want the kappa values:
ods output kappa=mykappas(where=(label1='Kappa') keep=label1 nvalue1);
output out=want;
My mistake, the TEST data does not get included in the OUTPUT data set.
