Hi,

I'm new to SAS/STAT.

I'm working on survival distribution and lifetime distribution function. For survival distribution, I used proc lifetest. I wondering what procedure to use to get lifetime distribution function.

Thanks in advance,
Sandy.

Hi SAS123,

Thank you for these suggestion. We do not have SAS/QC. I found that out only when I tried RELIABILITY procedure. I forgot to mention that in my post. I would like to know if there are any other procedures for this.

Thank you once again.

Sandy.
