Would the estimates produced by the following GENMOD code be interpreted in the same manner as OLS regression estimates?  Thank you.

 

Proc genmod data=xyz plots=all;

class a;

Model b=c d e f/d=normal;

Repeated subject=a/corrw type=exch;

run;

NO. You can't . you are doing GEE model which extend GLM into Logitude data 
which is more like MIXED model.

Check documentation of PROC GEE and see how to interpret the output.

Sorry. If you mean estimate parameter and P value explanation. 
I think they both are common.
