In general, when you want to capture output in a SAS dataset for further processing, check ODS Table Names for the procedure:
If what you want is listed there (which DETAILS is), you can use ODS OUTPUT; see
ODS OUTPUT: Store any statistic created by any SAS procedure
Add the DETAIL option to the MODEL statement.
