Hi,

I want to know how we can use the GLM or ANOVA procedure to do cross tab comparison.

e.g.

IF I have product A,B,C.D

I want ANOVA for

A vs B

A vs C

A vs D

B vs C

B vs D

C vs D

by using either of procedure listed above. What options can I use? I didn't come across such an example anywhere.

Thanks

In proc GLM, look at MEANS statement with T and CLDIFF options.

Though it gives the ttest for all vs all. I also need the p value for each comparison, so that I can decided upon statistical significance.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
