You can use the variable used in the plot statement in the ID statement to display the value associated with the outliers:

proc boxplot data=Times;

   plot Delay*Day /

      boxstyle = schematicid

      nohlabel

      notches;

   id delay;

   label Delay = 'Delay in Minutes';

run;out
