Hello,

I'm using a repeated GLM for the same behaviour measure of each subject over three consecutive days which goes something like this:

proc glm data = x;

class treatment;

model behaviour1 behaviour2 behaviour3 = treatment;

repeated days 3;

run;

My problem is that some of the days are on the weekend which will affect the behaviour, so how can I control for the effect of weekend? (which I've recorded as binary 1/0 for each day). Fit it into the repeated statement somehow??

Better try PROC MIXED or PROC GLIMMIX for repeated measure.

Check the examples in documentation.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
