How do I use proc NLMIXED to examine dose-response relationships in time series data

I have a small dataset of 9 animals total, each recorded weekly for a month.  There were 3 animals treated with placebo, 3 with low dose, and 3 with high dose.  We were recording a hematological parameter in these animals, seeing if the drug could decrease it over time.  The data follow an exponential type of curve.  I think that NLMIXED is probably the proc to analyze the dose-response relationship while accounting for the repeated measures nature of the data, but I'm stuck as to what to do; I've never used this proc before.  I have tried to look at online docs but none of them seem quite right.

My data look like the following.  Can anybody help get me started on the proper analysis?
