I've noticed that HPMIXED checks the estimatibility of the LSMEANS before Optimizing the likelihood. Does that mean that it has formed the E's for the LSMEANS and if so can I stop there and get the E's output to ODS OUTPUT COEF? I would like the E's so I can write CONTRAST and ESTIMATE statements. Or any other way to get the E's without running the full analysis my data is quite large and HPMIXED takes hours.
