Hi there,
I'm trying to obtain the AUC with proc logistic. I have something like this:
proc logistic data=MyData;
model DepVar = Var1 Var2 Var3;
run;
or
proc logistic data=MyData;
model DepVar = Var1 Var2 Var3 / selection=stepwise;
run;
What options do I need to add to get the AUC statistic?
Thank you!
Jason
Is it just the "c" statistic in the following table?
Association of Predicted Probabilities and Observed Responses
Percent Concordant | 68.3 | Somers' D | 0.374 |
Percent Discordant | 30.9 | Gamma | 0.377 |
Percent Tied | 0.8 | Tau-a | 0.100 |
Pairs | 1919 | c | 0.687 |
Yes. Mark yourself as correct.

Thank you Steve!
