Foster & Stine Variable Selection procedure in BASE SAS

Hi all,
I am looking for code/guidance to implement the variable selection procedure described by Dean P. Foster and Robert A. Stine in the paper " Variable Selection in Data Mining: Building a predictive model for bankruptcy". The paper is available online by doing google search.

I know it is avilable in Enterprise miner. But I am looking for BASE SAS and SAS/STAT implementation.
