Error when replicating a sample for more than 20 times

I have a problem when iterating my simple random sampling for more than 20 times. <=20, all good. If more iterations, errors arise. 

The data set used is attached. Projekt_data.csv

What I do: 

1) run Projekt.sas until line 151 
2) run the whole code in Projekt_Makro.sas I only added added line 12 "reps=&repeat". (If no iterations used, everything works)
3) run further Projekt.sas from line 152  (added line 166 "%let repeat=2000;" everything works if %let repeat=1 or even %let repeat=20;). Everything works up to the line 172 all iterations appear in the "Output data") No function works from the 177.
4) I've attached the error message. (Projekt_error.png)

I'm using SAS Studio online for students.
