I'd like to run diagnostic plots in GLIMMIX for models using a negative binomial distribution. I hear from R forums that I need to plot the residuals against negative binomial quantiles, rather than the default standard normal quantiles. Any idea of how I would go about asking SAS to do this?
Thanks for your time,

GLIMMIX produceses many residual plots: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/statug/63962/HTML/default/viewer.htm#statug_glimmix_a000...
If you want to create your own:
1) Write the residuals to a data set by using the OUTPUT statement
2) Create a Q-Q plot by following the code or ideas in this article: Modeling the distribution of data? Create a Q-Q plot - The DO Loop
