Cluster Analysis - Market Segmentation

How do I do a market segmentation by clustering the data using SAS EG or PC SAS?
Below is an example.

I am analyzing the total sales for block buster drugs for last 6 months and I have the prescriber details. I need to understand and segment the prescriber in terms of their preference to write a product.

If you see the above example there are following segments.

 

Seg_1 - Who writes my product and sales are going up - Example - Prescriber_ID 1000
Seg_2 - Who writes my product but sales are going down - Example - Prescriber_ID 1010
Seg_3 - Who writes majorly Comp_Prod_1 - Example - Prescriber_ID 1002
Seg_3 - Who writes majorly Comp_prod_2 - Example - Prescriber_ID 1004
Seg_4 - Who do not have any preference - Example - Prescriber_ID 5000

 

Shall we do this using a SAS code?
