When I import a data source or do a file import, I am unable to view the "Edit Variables" pop up after right clicking on the node that I'm working on. There's a brief yellow flicker that states "Loading variable information..." and the pop-up happens but I'm not able to visibly see it. I try clicking anywhere over the Enterprise Miner but I get a noise prompting me to respond to the Variable pop-up first, but I can't see the pop-up. If I hit the Esc button, I'm able to close the pop-up and access the everything else on the Diagram that I'm working on just fine. All other pop-ups work fine.
I've tried shutting down and restarting, accessing the Enterprise Miner through different computers and on virtual computers, and it seems to be a problem on my log in credentials. I've deleted the diagrams and worked on it from scratch, but that doesn't change the outcome of opening the Variables page. I contacted my professor and TA to fix the problem, and they recommended me to reach out to SAS for help.
