Good morning I am on a report proc, I have a column that I need to rename to varX / varY define my_var / display 'varX / varY'; in my output I don't have the slash / how to correct this please?
Please repost your question.
The only stuff that should be pasted into a text box is code or log entries generally. Discussion and questions outside of the boxes.
Show us the entire code, preferably copied from the LOG with all the messages. Best to include some example data in the form of a data step so we can actually test your code.
The default Split character for proc report is / and if your "renamed" is showing up on two lines then that is the reason.
Add this to the Proc Report statement to change that.
