how to perform psm(optimal match) in sas without proc psmatch?

I'm trying to perform psm for my data and i find that there's no proc psmatch before version sas9.4 m4.

I've done psm in my personal computer using sas9.4 m5 but I cant update sas in other people's computer cause it's confidential.

So i try to used macro to perform greedy match refering to Parsons' paper, and i wonder if there was macro procedure for optimal match??
