I have a value and want to exclude anything in "()"

 

data:

test_code
Aspartate amino transferase (AST, SGOT)
Alkaline phosphatase (ALP)
Blood urea nitrogen (BUN)

want:

test_code
Aspartate amino transferase 
Alkaline phosphatase 
Blood urea nitrogen
