My question is which clause is will execute first and explain their functionalities.

Please explain this scenario

the order of execution is 

FROM

ON

JOIN

WHERE

GROUP BY

HAVING

SELECT

DISTINCT

ORDER BY

Please consult https://www.w3schools.com/sql/  since this tutorial is excellent and what you need has nothing to do with SAS directly
