Oracle: Obtaining the nextval of a field during a bulkload

I'm familiar with obtaining the nextval of a Oracle column from DUAL with simple select statements. The technique is slow for high volume batch processing.

Does anybody know the SAS syntax for doing an Oracle bulkload with a column obtaining it's nextval during the bulkload?
