Hi,

This procedure produced the logit of estimate and 95% CI. How do I generate the exponentiated odds ratio and 95% confidence interval for stage, sex and age? Should I use Lsmeans?

Stage: pre, post

Sex: male, female and prefer to self-describe

age: continuous variable

proc genmod data = test descending;
class subjectid stage sex;
model result = stage sex age/dist=bin link=logit type3 ;
repeated subject=subjectid/type=un;
format stage stageF. sex $sexF.;
run;
