After creating the datasets, we are getting error like ERROR: Invalid or missing ALTER password on member CES0123.SIM_MAP_COINS.DATA. even we have not set any alter password.
Could you please check and update why this issue came.

Plesse show the complete log of the step that creates the dataset, and the complete log of the failing step. Copy/paste the log text into a window opened with this button:
Is CES0123.SIM_MAP_COINS a SAS dataset? If so, please run PROC CONTENTS and show the output, it should show if there is a password under PROTECTION.
Are you able to recreate this problem? If so, please run a small example that replicates the problem and post the full code and log. The code should create a dataset that did not exist previously, and then attempt to insert data into that dataset (or overwrite it), and trigger the error.
