Sorry, what's the format to show the fortnight of a date?.

In the INTNX or INTCK function, you would use 'WEEK2' as the interval.

Sorry, not sure I follow.  Fortnight is not a standard definition of time, hence there is no format for this.  It is an abstraction to represent a 2 week period.  If you provide some test data and require output then perhaps that would help, if you fortnight1 = Jan01-Jan14 then you would need to calculate that rather than format as there are leap years.
