proc glimmix three-level model

I would like to use SAS PROC GLIMMIX to perform a multilevel or hierarchical linear model (HLM) analysis. I want to fit a three level model where the first level is student or individual research participant, the second level is classroom, and the third level is school. My dependent variable is binary while my cluster membership variables are classroom ID and learning skills center. The independent variable is the English language test score for each student. How can I fit a three level model that takes into account classroom and learning skills center variation using PROC GLIMMIX?

I know that, if my response where continuous, I would fit:

PROC MIXED DATA = sasdata METHOD = ML COVTEST ;
CLASS school classrm ;
MODEL resp = english / SOLUTION ;
RANDOM INT / TYPE = UN SUBJECT = school ;
RANDOM INT / TYPE = UN SUBJECT = classrm(school) ;
RUN ;

Thanks!
