There is no such thing as a p-value for a specific variable in PROC FREQ (or any other procedure).

 

So, let me make a comment here. If you provide very brief and uninformative requests, you get very brief and uninformative replies. Which describes this thread so far.

P-values only result from a statistical test. Which test are wanting to run?
