however, I would like to like conditions to be listed in the following way conceptually so that it is easier to manage plus achieving the find function.
To use the simple syntax of the IN operator means that you have to pre-process your data to pull the conditions of interest out of the concept variable. It is really a case of 'pay me now or pay me later', at some point you have to parse the variable concept.
