The pre-test contains only one question; the post-test contains the same question.
Group1 has 130 subjects; group2 has 135 subjects.
In the pre-test, 43% of group1 passed (answered the question correctly); 45% of group2 passed.
In the post-test, 52% of group1 passed; 61% of group2 passed.

How do I compare the proportion changes between the two groups? Both proc freq and proc anova seem not proper.

Thanks.

You could use CATMOD and related procedures.
