Does anyone know if the the 'stable distribution' is built into SAS, or if not is there any code online that does it?

Lot's of distributrions in SAS satisfy the property of being a "stable distribution".  SAS has pseudo-random number generators for Normal and Cauchy, two members of the class.  See

Yes, I know, but I am looking for the more general stable distibution, not just specific cases when the exponent of stability is fixed.

does anyone know how to find/write code for a stable distribution?
