Hello,

I have run into an issue where proc sql converts null numeric values to 0. See attached code and screenshot below (specifically the "age" column).

This is only an issue in Enterprise Guide (Base SAS properly stores the null values as null values). How do I get Enterprise Guide to treat the null value as a null? Thanks.

eg output -- notice 0 value in age column.pngbase sas output -- notice correct null value in age column.png

Well, don't know EG, however in Base you can do:

options missing=

and put whatever you want there.  So maybe in your setup you have options missing=0;

?

Thank you. I used the "options missing=." statement to fix the issue.
