Hello, I using proc discrim for classification purposes.
The books bring two possible approaches. First one employs discriminant function and the second classification function (also know as Fisher´s linear discriminant function).
When I saw the results of proc discrim I dind´t find the intercept of the discriminant function. It brings the row (unstandardised) and standardised coefficients but not the constant.
On the other hand, in the classification function proc discrim brings all the information, that is, the coefficients and constant for each group of the dependent variable.
Is there a way to find the constant and because it the proc discrim don´t display this information?
