Print multiple survival plots on the same page with PROC LIFETEST

Hi All,

I am trying to print 14 survival plots on the same page using PROC LIFETEST.  I could use another procedure if anyone has any suggestions.  Please see the example code below.  I would like a plot for each level of "group" (group has 14 levels).  But, I want them all on the same page rather than one per page. There seem to be many examples of how to do this using PROC GPLOT, but not for a procedure like PROC LIFETEST.
