Re: Indian Comma Format

Tried doing picture format on numeric values which  displays value like 11,11,11,111.00  . But Picture format will convert  numeric values in categories in VA.

You can use picture formats:

  picture indianc

  low-high='99,99,99.99';

run;

data test;

  a=121212.0;

  format a indianc.;

run;

Re: Indian Comma Format

Dear Viveklanka

Inbuilt comma format give you output like 111,111,111.00, while Indian currency comma format is like 11,11,11,111.00   .

Thanks
