Hello All, I have 890 observations which are divided into 3 groups (6 replicates per observations) - And one dependent variable P (P1-P5000) - 5 indepndent variables A B C D E & F. I have the P values from Type 3 ANOVA from PROC GLM. I would like to know, how can i draw a Manhattan plot in SAS using the P values.VA
