I have attached the SAS code which I wrote for comparing almost 1000,000 samples to each other and send the results to the file.

The output file is created, however the parameter "%Diff" is not in the output file. This is some part of my output

_TYPE__OBS_snpMAF2FHS
DIF1kgp10000030-0.0063
DIF2kgp100000480.0154
DIF3kgp100001090.0176
DIF4kgp100001140.0172
DIF5kgp100001170.0096
DIF6kgp10000118-0.0056
DIF7kgp10000146-0.0048
DIF8kgp100001610.0223
DIF9kgp10000209-0.009
DIF10kgp1000021-0.00395

How I can solve this problem? please advise

Thanks
