How to open a SAS program in Windows 8 from command prompt (and not run program in batch)

It opens the program (.sas), but it does not run

Example:

"C:\Program Files\SAS\EnterpriseGuide\4.3\SEGuide.exe" C:\yourcodeprogram.sas

Earlier today, another user complained that his programs executed automatically when he opened them (but he didn't want this to happen). Maybe you can take advantage of the corresponding SAS feature, which is explained in this thread.

You can't use the Enterprise Guide EXE to run a SAS program in batch, you need to use SAS.EXE. Do you have SAS installed on your PC or just EG? You need SAS to be installed to run your program in batch.
