How to enable XCMD in SAS University Edition

I am trying to use PROC GROOVY, but first I need to enable XCMD. Does anybody know how to do this for SAS University Edition?

AFAIK XCMD is not possible in SAS UE as it's in a locked down virtual machine.

You might be interested in PROC LUA -- an open-source language that you can run within SAS University Edition. See this blog post for more info.
