GLIMMIX: Fit statistics table and pseudo-AIC

I'm working with SAS 9.1.
Can anybody help me to interpret the Fit Statistics table for a GLMM model?? What is the meaning of the (-2 log Pseudo-likelihood)? Why do they have so high values?? How can I detect If the model has overdispersion? How do I know how much variability explain the independent variables??
I want to compare differents models, Can I use the pseudo-AIC to do this?? How can I obtain the pseudo-AIC in the Fit Statistics table??

Looking forward to having answers to all these questions.

Thanks in advances,
E.
