Hello,

I'd like to run diagnostic plots in GLIMMIX for models using a negative binomial distribution. I hear from R forums that I need to plot the residuals against negative binomial quantiles, rather than the default standard normal quantiles. Any idea of how I would go about asking SAS to do this?

Thanks for your time,

Cynthia

Maybe you can check function quantile() .

QUANTILE Function

Returns the quantile from a distribution that you specify.

But I suggested you post it at Statistical Forum .There are some experts can help you more .
