Good Afternoon,

I am attempting to create a folder for my exports to be output.

I assumed that systask would do the trick and used the following code given that directories in DOS are created using MD.

systask command md "K:\HappyOutPut\&filedate." taskname=t01;
waitfor t01;
systask kill t01;

Does anyone have any ideas??

Regards,
Scott

Shouldn't your md be within your quotes?
Also be ware if you have spaces in your search path, se note http://support.sas.com/kb/3/726.html.

Or just use dcreate:
NewDirectory=dcreate(DirectoryName,'/local/u/abcdef/');
