Calculate all "n-way" sums for a list of values

I have a list of ID's along with 1 or more values associated to it. What I want to do is calculate all possible sums for the values that belong to each ID. For example

ID Value
A 1
A 2
B 2
B 8
B 10

would become
ID Value
A 1
A 2
A 3
B 2
B 8
B 10
B 10
B 12
B 18
B 20

It's the same idea as listing all possible n-way interactions given n # of treatments. However, I'm looking to calculate all n-way sums.

Is there a procedure that can do this for me, or will I have to create my own stored procedure?

Have you looked at PROC SUMMARY with and without NWAYS and MISSING parameters?
