Adding or updating a Keyword target with a blank right value no longer produces an unreadable error message.

Proposals using advertiser names containing spaces will now convert successfully even if a similarly named advertiser exists. Previously, an advertiser with underscore characters instead of spaces would prevent proposals using the latter from converting.
