SAS Hackathon 2024: What's New?
We are excited to unveil the evolution of the SAS Hackathon for the upcoming year. The SAS Hackathon is not merely a one-off event; it's an exhilarating sprint nested within a year-long marathon, spanning several months.
How We're Transforming the SAS Hackathon for the Upcoming Year
During the first half of the year, our focus will be on learning and hosting local "IRL Bootcamps" across different regions, including an exclusive one day Bootcamp at Innovate event in Las Vegas (April 16th to April 19th).
These Bootcamps will feature invaluable insights and updates on SAS Viya and its ecosystem, encompassing Viya mini hackathon Challenge, and an enlightening technology update from our sponsors, Intel and Microsoft. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to network, share knowledge, and savor delicious pizza and refreshments.
In the second half of the year, we will open registrations in August for the one-month-long SAS Hackathon, with the hacking phase commencing in mid-September and extending into October. The grand culmination of this exciting journey will take place in November with a spectacular Award Ceremony to honor the Champions.
