PLAN | We want to use tools which utilize OpenAI API for checking whether a given claim description actually indicates a flood, which will allow our company to automate the first assessment of claim and speed up the decision process. Second goal is to present the scale of damage based on additional analysis of claim descriptions using ChatGPT, SAS Viya and SAS VA. The created tool must also include mechanisms that anonymize personal data accidentally provided by those who reported the claim. |
MOTIVATION | Currently, a relief campaign is underway in Poland for people affected by the flood that hit the southern part of the country in September 2024. PZU is participating in these events. Our colleagues from the claims department were immediately on the scene. They will never forget the sight of the flood victims who saved only their lives from this disaster. We need to support not only the suffering people, but also our colleagues at mobile points. |
