Linktera4Insurance team focused on digitalization of customer journey in insurance. The team built two use cases, digitalization of underwriting & sales for group insurance cases and automated claims management. Prototypes and integrations are built in pursuit of paperless work flow, automated decision making and visually uplifted procedures to help processes that need human intervention. SAS VIYA on Azure and its valuable offerings under SAS Intelligent Decisioning(ID) & SAS Visual Analytics(VA) and low code workflow tool Neula is used for building low code no code automated underwriting and claims management use cases. Conceptualization and prototyping for integration of SAS VIYA and Neula with open source micro services (Java) is also developed with help of API management capabilities of KrakenD.
