Use Case Description: Processing a car claim is a time-consuming task. In cooperation with the insurance company R+V and its claim department we are going to approach the car claim processing. Thus, the use case will be strongely related to its use in the company. The employees are faced with a massive amount of data consisting of relevant and irrelevant information. Our overall goal is to optimize the workflow and support the employee in their decision making by the use of data science. For example providing information whether the consulting of an assessor is necessary or not.
